At Bricktown Blanks, we take pride in the quality and accuracy of every order. Please review our return policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date only if the item:

  • Arrived defective, or

  • Was incorrect (wrong item, size, or color compared to the order confirmation)

All return requests must be approved by Bricktown Blanks before sending any items back.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items that were worn, washed, or altered

  • Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper care

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

  • Any items not in original condition

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item

Once your return is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions

  • Returned items must be shipped back in original condition

  • After inspection, we will issue a replacement or refund, at our discretion

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, Bricktown Blanks will cover return shipping

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
